  1. The first day of tracking is day 0, and for isolation requirements, we count when you started having symptoms, not a positive test result. Example: Tested positive on Friday, but felt bad on Wednesday, then day 0 is Wednesday.
  2. An N95 mask is the minimum face covering required for clinicians.
  3. All matters of returning to work, testing, verification, and clarification must go through Matthew-IP/C Nurse prior to HR and/or administration.
  4. There are testing supplies and PPE at the rear entrance, and available testing via the parking lot is available on a case-by-case basis and availability.

For any additional questions or concerns related to the COVID-19 outbreak, please contact Matthew. In the event Matthew is unavailable, please contact a nurse manager, your department manager, or the administrator.

Thank you, everyone, for your vigilance and commitment to closing this outbreak and mitigating our risk for any future outbreaks.
